Mr.Satish Sasha received M.Tech from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore and B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sangrur, India. Joined as a project assistant and served Institute of microbial and technology (CSIR-IMT) from October 2000 to November 2001.And again joined as a project assistant and served Central Scientific Instrument Organization (CSIR-CSIO) from November 2001 to April 2004.

Presently working as a senior scientist in National Geophysical Research Institute(CSIR-NGRI), Hyderabad since April 2004 and involved in the field of seismic instruments and VSAT telemetered network and its operation. He has published 15 papers in national and international journals.His field of interest are satellite communication, geophysical instrumentation and digital signal processing. He is a recipient of IETE J.C.Bose Memorial award for the best engineering oriented paper 2008.

He participated twice in Indian Scientific Antarctic expedition(ISAE) as summer member for Indian base research station in Maitri in years of 2012-13 and 2013-14.
