Senior Principal Scientist , Tectonic Geodesy
Dr. Catherine JK received B.Sc. degree from Nagarjuna University, M.Sc(Tech) degree from Andhra University and Ph.D. from Osmania University. Dr.Catherine is presently scientist at National Geophysical Research Institute. Dr.Catherine’s research areas include GPS data processing, analysis, interpretation and modeling to understand crustal deformation and mechanism of earthquake occurrence processes. She is an expert in GPS data processing in deciphering crustal deformation from local scale to global scale involving various geological and tectonic processes.
She has been an instructor to university students and few short courses.
