The 83rd Foundation Day of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) was marked with grandeur today in the gracious presence of the Honourable Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar, who presided over the event. Dr N. Kalaiselvi, Director General of CSIR, along with Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Advisor to the Government of India, and Dr K.
